Once you are logged into WriteMD.
1. Click on List Option which will open
the small window below.
2. Select “Template Orderset”

You can either look for existing
problems by typing in the box under
“Select
1. Click on “New” to create a new
Order set. A small screen pops up
and you could name it as per the
problem.

1. Enter a name how you would like
to call this Order set and press
“OK”. Reconfirm your action by
2 pressing “Yes”.
2. Click on “Text View” which will
1 allow the boxes to be editable
and you could type in the points
you prefer.
5. Populating Orderset fields
1. The name you provided will
1 appear in this section.

2. You could start typing the DD,
2 Tests, Plan, Medications you
2 2 prefer to be in the notes in
3 this sections.

3. If you prefer to add more you
could click on “Import A/P”
which will open a new screen
for you to pick more from
2 2 database if any saved.
Note: When adding points make
3 sure to use “.space” in between
each points which will appear as
one below the other.
6. Creating Template Orderset

1. This new window will be loaded
1 with other DD, Tests, Plans, and
Medications which could be fit for
this problem. You could select
them by checking the boxes next
to it and press OK.
2. This is the screen where you were
initially working on which is
marked as Grey header. New
opened screens will be always
marked as Blue header
Note:
Once selected click on OK and all that
where selected get loaded into the grey
headed screen.
Click “OK” again and you have created
a new Order set template which could
be used for latter use.
