2. My ancestor Jacob Follmer was born in Germany in 1721 and traveled to the Colonies in 1737. He and his family settled in Berkshire, Pennsylvania, where they sought new opportunities and land ownership. Legend The area Direction traveled

3. Jacob’s grandson, Peter Follmer, moved from Pennsylvania to Richland County, Ohio in 1830. In1839 he moved to Nauvoo, Illinois

4. Peter Follmer was forced out of Nauvoo, Illinois, because of religious persecution and followed the pioneer migration to the Salt Lake valley. His granddaughter, Martha, was born in St. Anthony, Idaho in 1916. she moved to Los Angeles, to help out family.

5. My father grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He moved out to Upland after he was married, and later moved to Rancho Cucamonga where our family lives today.
