1. Adam Burton
Growing up in the south coast of
England, with the New Forest on
his doorstep, Adam Burton's
photographic interest began
with a passion for his unique
natural surroundings. Adam
burton is one of the UK’s leading
landscape photographer. Since
2008 he has been working full
time as a professional
landscape photographer.

Adam burton’s photograph
‘Wanderlust’ won an award
in 2006. In this photo he’s
used a slow stutter speed,
this is why you can see the
waves in the water. Also the
dark brown rocks
compliment the dark blue
sea.
4. Composition
Adam burton takes photographs of various different
landscapes. His photos always stand out because of the way
the colours in the photograph compliment each other.
5. Techniques Adam used
Adam burton uses the rule of
thirds when taking
photograph. He also uses
Foreground, Middle and
Background, this is used to
create a strong composition.
In the picture to the right he
uses leading lines, your eyes
follow the path.
6. Strengths & Weaknesses
I like Adam burton’s photographs because they stand
out and catch your eye, and the colours he uses
complement each other.
