The engagement was facilitated well and we achieve almost every business of the
engagement.
10. Discussion
A) What was done well?
Every activities were successful done and people where gratified and happy of every activity
that was done during the engagement.
b) What lessons were learnt/ aspects appreciated most?
Mr. Chauke M appreciated what ACVoSA did at Malamulele Hospital because it is not easy for
organisations to do what we did at the Hospital. Some of aACVoSA learn how to do stock
taking through counting medication stock.
4. c) What could have been done better? How?
Nothing could have been done better because everything was well organized.
d) What challenges faced?
The engagement started late which cause us to knock off late and some members who were
on the programme did not make it to be in the engagement which delayed some of the items
in the programme such as two people who were absent and they were appointed to present
school of Health Science and Math and Natural Sciences. The other issue is that we did not
make it to have Activities with Children due to time management because we were on the
interest of time,
How were they addressed?
We should have alternative or standby person who can stand for those will not attend the
event whereas they are in the programme.
