The Saudi Arabian Scout Pioneers League achieved several accomplishments from October 2014 to October 2017, including:
1) Attending numerous international conferences and gatherings for scouts around the world.

3) Hosting training courses and workshops to develop scouting skills for pioneers and youth.
Shivaji Bhosale was a 17th century Indian ruler who founded the Maratha Empire in western India. As a leader, he inspired loyalty and heroism in his followers through his noble character, awe-inspiring leadership, and shared vision for liberating their homeland from Mughal rule. He was a brilliant military strategist and tactician who established forts across western India to defend against hostile powers. Shivaji demonstrated democratic and fair principles in his administration, prioritizing the defense of the nation, merit-based appointments, and direct revenue collection free from corruption. He embodied the qualities of an ideal leader who was just, inspired his people, and stood for the weak against outside domination.

Micronutrients therapy is recommended by the WHO for TB treatment. The Maharashtra State Branch of the Indian Scout & Guide Fellowship embarked on a campaign to fight TB in Mumbai and Thane in 2017, working with a TB specialist. They gathered data showing that providing nutritional therapy to TB patients reduced mortality and extended lifespans, and even cured some patients. They took up a project to provide micronutrients therapy including vitamins and minerals to 30 TB patients over three months, monitoring general health, weight gain, and blood markers.

The Bangladesh Scout and Guide Fellowship engages in various seasonal, routine, festival, emergency, and new activities in five groups. These include furnishing a deprived primary school, tree planting, clean up efforts, establishing a school for disabled children, discussion meetings marking Human Rights Day and distributing blankets to those in need, and providing relief to distressed people affected by landslides and Rohingya refugees. The document outlines several events held by BSGF at locations in Dhaka, Manikganj, Munshiganj, and Rangamati between August 2016 and June 2017.
The document summarizes the Hotelt project at the 2017 Jamboree Denmark scout camp. Over 37,000 scouts and guides from 42 nations attended the camp, which covered 3,000,000 square meters. The Hotelt project, inspired by Norway, involved purchasing and setting up 24 yellow tents through donations to be used for meetings and activities and later donated to local scout groups. A variety of events were held at Hotelt, including Iron-Age activities for young children and meetings for volunteers. The project was a success in promoting the National Scout and Guide Fellowship of Denmark through media exposure and participation.
This document summarizes the activities of the Austrian Scout and Guide Fellowship (NSGF), which is the fourth largest member of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship (ISGF). It lists that the NSGF actively participates in workshops, conferences, friendship gatherings, visits to other NSGFs, and international celebrations in Austria and abroad. It also highlights several social projects supported by the NSGF in Romania, Slovakia, and Austria that help scouts and guides with disabilities.
The National Scout and Guide Fellowship UK (NSGF UK) is comprised of two organizations, the Scout and Guide Fellowship Baden Powell Guild of Great Britain (SAGF) that work together and individually on community projects in the UK and abroad. Some of their projects include collecting toys for refugee children in Jordan, raising money to provide solar lights and school supplies for children in Nepal after the earthquake, and supporting the Ghanaian Children's Trust charity. They also undertake various local projects in the UK like providing tea for senior citizens and helping at unit meetings.
The document discusses membership statistics from the 28th ISGF World Conference in Bali, Indonesia in 2017. It states that there were 400 total members, with women making up 30% of members and men 70% of members. The members were distributed across 25 local fellowships that were affiliated with the 25 Scouts and Guides commissions in Libya.
The document summarizes 3 sub-projects of an ISGF global project in Haiti. The first sub-project was building a fence for an orphanage called "Enfant Haitien Mon Frère" and providing gifts for the children. The second sub-project provided financial support and advice for the construction of the national headquarters of the Guides association. The third sub-project raised money to buy furniture for a school called "Carmen du Rocher", which was provided along with some school supplies and a freezer.

This document describes an educational program called "A World in a Suitcase" run by the Greek Guiding Association about refugee flows, human rights, and interculturalism. The program aims to inform and raise awareness about refugees and human rights issues among children aged 5-14. Trained volunteers implement the program in schools across Greece. So far it has reached over 3,000 students in 16 cities through experiential activities that help participants think differently about refugees and feel more empathy and solidarity. The program has helped increase the visibility of the Greek Guiding Association as an organization that can address refugee issues through quality educational programs.
This document discusses ways for members of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship (ISGF) to help address some of the world's major problems through cooperation and understanding between people of different backgrounds. It proposes using an "open space" method where members meet with newcomers and foreigners in their communities to work together on issues of shared interest, such as taking care of migratory bird habitats, building insect hotels, planting seeds, and collecting toys for orphanages. The open space method follows five principles, including that whoever participates is the right people and that the results are what needed to happen.

United Nations World Oceans Day 2024; June 8th " Awaken new dephts".Christina Parmionova

Combined Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) Vessel List.Christina Parmionova
The best available, up-to-date information on all fishing and related vessels that appear on the illegal, unregulated, and unreported (IUU) fishing vessel lists published by Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) and related organisations. The aim of the site is to improve the effectiveness of the original IUU lists as a tool for a wide variety of stakeholders to better understand and combat illegal fishing and broader fisheries crime.
To date, the following regional organisations maintain or share lists of vessels that have been found to carry out or support IUU fishing within their own or adjacent convention areas and/or species of competence:
Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR)
Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT)
General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM)
Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC)
International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)
Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC)
Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO)
North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC)
North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC)
South East Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (SEAFO)
South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO)
Southern Indian Ocean Fisheries Agreement (SIOFA)
Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC)
The Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List merges all these sources into one list that provides a single reference point to identify whether a vessel is currently IUU listed. Vessels that have been IUU listed in the past and subsequently delisted (for example because of a change in ownership, or because the vessel is no longer in service) are also retained on the site, so that the site contains a full historic record of IUU listed fishing vessels.
Unlike the IUU lists published on individual RFMO websites, which may update vessel details infrequently or not at all, the Combined IUU Fishing Vessel List is kept up to date with the best available information regarding changes to vessel identity, flag state, ownership, location, and operations.
UN WOD 2024 will take us on a journey of discovery through the ocean's vastness, tapping into the wisdom and expertise of global policy-makers, scientists, managers, thought leaders, and artists to awaken new depths of understanding, compassion, collaboration and commitment for the ocean and all it sustains. The program will expand our perspectives and appreciation for our blue planet, build new foundations for our relationship to the ocean, and ignite a wave of action toward necessary change.
