Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is licensed as a Financial Services Provider in terms of the Financial Advisory
and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS). Personal Financial Advice is a division of Old Mutual and is authorised to
render financial advice and intermediary services in respect of the following product categories: long-term insurance, short-
term insurance, pension fund benefits, participatory interests in (a) collective investment scheme(s) and health service
benefits.

Legal Status and Contractual Relationship of our Representative
The aforementioned adviser is our authorised representative as contemplated in FAIS. The adviser is in our permanent employ
and as such receives all remuneration from us, partly in the form of reduced commission and partly in the form of other
benefits. The adviser may qualify for non-cash incentive schemes. The adviser is authorised and accredited to provide advice
and intermediary services, limited to financial products listed in Annexure A attached hereto. The products listed in Annexure A
may include products of other companies with which we have distribution agreements. We accept responsibility for the actions
of the adviser in rendering financial services performed in the course and scope of the adviser's employment with us. Old
Mutual holds indemnity insurance.
Qualifications and Experience of our Representative
The adviser has completed a learning and development program prescribed by us. This enables the adviser to give advice on
risk protection and wealth creation needs. We believe in continuous learning and development of our financial advisers,
through regular learning interventions.
The adviser renders financial services under supervision until he/she has met the prescribed minimum experience, qualification
and regulatory examination requirements as required in terms of FAIS.
We have a complaints resolution process and in this regard we will reply to any written complaint, as defined in FAIS.
