 International Financial Institution(UK):
 Project(s): MajorBankinUnitedKingdom(Barclays)
 Role: ProjectCoordinator
 Handled and planned all estimates forall resources assigned as developer on
all the assigned projects including one mandatory project in all banks in UK
(7 Day Account Switching) which is composed of 12 new stored procedures
programs which is required to deliver within 3-4 weeks.
 Make sure that projectstatus is in amber by performing metric analysis such
as going beyond immediate requests/ activities to ensure all deliverables are
completed on time and updating the development team in the UK withall
the issues and progress of the handled project through weekly call and
status reporting.
 Review all the design documents of all the components/ programs of the
assigned project in order to raised query to clarify the objectivesof the
deliverable or proposed improvement of the flow of the program that can
ease the time of the developer.
 Code reviewertask forall components of the given project.
 Made sure that all deliverables are all prepared at least a day before the
target delivery date.
 Create libraries for all deliverables such as ADE tool with the Citrix system
or CCID for Fusion system.
 Create a guideline document of Stored Procedure forfuture reference and
introduced this to the team.
 Role: DevelopmentSupport
 PerformDevelopment Support for more than 5 projects during the System
Test and Industry Test done by testing team fromIndia especially live
support when the implementation was scheduled.
 Attended daily call done by the testing team to answer all of their queries.
 Identifies possible cause of issues or problems and resolve all incidents
raised by the testing team (both incidents occurduring design and
development stage).
 Role: SeniorProgrammer(SoftwareEngineer)
 Translate design documents into code (Pseudocode,Test Scripts, Coding,
Unit testing)
 Code programs with SQL DB2 (including stored procedure) and IMS.
 Create JCLs for compile, bind and run program.
 Peer Code Review and made sure that the code reviewed is aligned withthe
requirement needed in the design. Any point that needs to be clarified is
always raised to the assigned designer.
 Created Transaction Code Reservation Toolwhichis requested by the client.
 Utilize Visual basic foranalysis and automation and documentations of
source code functions by creating CopybookGenerator Toolwhich
automated the generation of copybooklayoutsand reduce the 3 hours to 1
hour. Furthermore, it reduces the risks of incurring defects in the design and
build phase.
 Attended client team weekly meeting to talk about technical issues and
concerns.
 Maintained Team’s Vacation Leave and Training Tracker.
 Performdevelopment formedium to complex programs and design a
copybook.
