Preparing Business Owners for Healthcare Reform
The ACA poses many complicated challenges to small businesses of all kinds, and while some
components of the ACA are not applicable to every business, it can be difficult to keep track of
compliance responsibilities. In order to better prepare small businesses for these complexities Staff
One will be assisting our clients with the following list of compliance requirements for recordkeeping,
reporting, and analysis. As a partner through the Partners Plus program we will be providing your
clients the tools and resources they need. It is important to make your client’s aware of the need to
be tracking hours and be prepared for the reporting requirements. There are various payroll software
vendors that will not be capable to assisting your clients with the reporting.
