simulate the various environments (temperature, humidity, wind speed) of the

27. Foaming workshop, we use cyclopentane polyurethane high pressure
foaming machine, fluorine-free foaming, to meet and adapt to the

28. Plate workshop:
Japan AMADA CNC punching machine imported, 2 sets of YAWEI CNC punching
machines. Directly reads CAD from design department. It has 45 molds of different
models and specifications on each mold plate, and directly generates its machine
language according to CAD drawings, automatically punching out the designed parts.
Its processing precision can reach ±0.1mm, the maximum processing capacity can
process 6mm thick steel plate, high processing precision, and the product quality is
guaranteed.

29. Italy GASPARINI CNC Bending machine.Precision reaches ±0.1mm. It
can fully meet the production requirements of our products, provides
technical guarantees for qualified products to customers.

30. 2 Laser cutting machines, It can process parts with high precision and high surface requirements.
No need of mold, can process parts of any shape, and it is an important equipment of the
company in flexible processing.
The welding robot can process according to the preset procedure. An operator can operate 3
consoles at the same time, greatly improves production efficiency and ensuring welding quality.

31. Assemble workshop:
The electrical components of the company's products are assembled, and some of the units of
the whole cabinet are processed. At present, EBM energy-saving fans are used in our products
to improve the life of components and bring more benefits to customers.
The evaporator processing plant, is the core component of the refrigeration of cold chain
equipment. Our company adopts copper tube aluminum plate internal thread evaporator, the
aluminum piece adopts wave type, which can increase heat exchange area, improve heat
