A Certified Scrum Master, Abhishek has conducted several Agile workshops, trainings and events to
help people learn what he calls as the "Most common sense way of developing working software".
Having trained more than 1500 people at Cisco (in 50+ batches) and 400 at Hewlett Packard, and
having coached 7 teams at IBM and 12 teams at HP, he is known for his mentoring abilities and has
been appreciated as a speaker at various platforms. He has been training / coaching at:

Jeff Sutherland, the father of Scrum has published many papers and case studies covering various
aspects of Scrum. One highly talked about case study where Jeff talks about Distributed Scrum is
Dutch Railways. Abhishek was a team member of this project team and experienced the factors
leading to success when scrum team is geographically distributed.
Having worked at various large as well as small, government as well as private institutions across US,
Europe, India and Sri Lanka, Abhishek explored the nitty-gritties of the software world - what works
and what doesn't.
Before founding Amitosa Solutions, a technology focussed firm, following Agile (Scrum + XP) for
software development, Abhishek worked as an Agile Evangelist, Coach, Knowledge Manager and
People Manager at a Dutch firm - Xebia. He loves to continue his stint as a hands-on software
developer even today.
Abhishek received his Bachelor of Information Science from Delhi University, one of the most
coveted names in higher education in India.
As of Today, Abhishek continues to live his passion for Agile Software Development and share his
experiences with anyone who can benefit from the same.

A few recommendations:
Abhishek has been one of the most awesome trainers I have met. He made the entire class
experience so entertaining, engaging to help us filled with such an enthusiasm towards our real
objective. He can communicate the concepts in a very cool and easy manner - Manoj Thakur,
Director of Engineering, Flipkart
Abhishek's knowledge about Scrum/Agile helped my company a lot. Abhishek had significant
influence in planning, estimation and impediment escalation /resolving - Martijn Mol, Software
Engineer at Albumprinter
It is fun to learn with Abhishek. He trained us in the fundamentals of agile and scrum at IBM and
believe me, I had a great experience. Learning new concepts was all the more interesting and easier
with his innovative teaching methodology. A very jovial and ever-smiling chap, Abhishek is cool to
work with - Rohit Gupta, IBM
I have worked with Abhishek on a large distributed (Netherlands and India) project. These projects
have a reputation of being difficult to manage, but with team members like Abhishek it is a breeze:
he has a keen eye for quality, is open to discussion, critical but also extremely collaborative. I have
met him face-to-face both in India and the Netherlands which was always a pleasure. I recommend
Abhishek without any hesitation! - Maurits Rijk, Software Architect at Xebia (headed the Dutch
Railways project)
Abhishek is a very knowledgable consultant, both on a code level and operationally. He fit right in
our distributed, partially outsourced, SCRUM-driven organization, and we were happy to have him
and his team over every few months or so - to work with our local team face-to-face. It has been a
pleasure and therefore I can recommend working with Abhishek to anyone - Sander Nagtegaal,
Chief architect, Albumprinter
