The ABC Corporate Structure document outlines the roles and responsibilities of key positions within the ABC corporation. The ABC Board oversees the Managing Director's performance relating to finances, public relations, growth plans, and legal issues. The Managing Director oversees all corporate operations and departments, and is responsible for growth, employee welfare, and profitability. The Directors of Radio and TV report to the Managing Director on their operations' performance, policies, growth, and collaborations. The Chief Operating Officer reports to the Managing Director on all financial operations, budgets, liabilities, and growth plans.
2. ABC Board – oversees the performance of the corporation in many ways, as it relates to the job performance of the
Managing Director and the other Executives. The Board oversees the Director’s managing of the finances, public
relations, asset protection, growth plans, profitability, editorial activities, legal issues and all of his other functions.
Managing Director – oversees the operations of the corporation as a whole, as well as the performance of the
directors/heads of all senior departments. He is responsible to the board for the growth plans and stock performance,
editorial activities, legal issues and protections, all other asset protection, the growth of senior management, employee
welfare and HR operations, profitability, and all other business and public relations aspects of the corporation.
Director of Radio – The director is responsible to the Managing Director for all aspects of Radio operations. He reports
to the Managing Director regarding his performance, profitability, HR issues, asset protection, policies and editorial
issues, growth, and how he works with other operations in the corporation.
Director of TV - The director is responsible to the Managing Director for all aspects of TV operations. He reports to the
Managing Director regarding his performance, profitability, HR issues, asset protection, policies and editorial issues,
growth, and how he works with other operations in the corporation.
Chief Operating Officer - The COO reports to the Managing Director with regards to all things financial. He is responsible
for the financial operations of the corporation. He works with all departments on their financial issues. He also is
responsible for financial liability issues. He deals with HR as it relates to finances. He works on budgetary issues with
other senior management. He works with the Managing Director on growth plans relating to budgetary issues.
