resources for members, including continuing legal
education (CLE) opportunities on some of the most
relevant business law topics.

3.  For example, the section recently hosted a free CLE program
called Disrupting the Delivery of Legal Services and the Law
Business: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About New
Legal and Law-Related Service Providers.
Held in January of 2016, the section organized the program to
address the transformation of the legal business and the new
industry models that have been stimulated by rapid regulatory,
economic, and technological changes. During the program,
participants reviewed new business models, explored the
impact of these models, and took part in a marketplace
survey. The program featured prominent panelists with
expertise in new industry models from around the country.
