•  Education is linked to having healthier relationships
Education promotes ethical values that help
make the world more peaceful
•  Reduces prejudices through personal experience and
interactions rather than believing in misinformed
and stereotyped portrayal of other cultures and
religion
•  Allows individuals to cross cultural and language
barriers
•  Influences open-mindedness
Education instills positive
values in younger generations
•  Keeping individuals away from being incarcerated
and illegal activities
•  Education is the force that allows individuals to
reach their potential, to dream bigger dreams, and to
be more fully engaged with a much bigger world
•  The more educated an individual is, the better career
options they can have in the future
Education bridges the differences between
social classes and genders
•  1974, women made 59% of median annual earnings as
percentage of men’s median annual earnings for full-time.
•  In 2014, women made 79% of median annual earnings as
percentage of men’s median annual earnings for full-time.
•  This difference was made possible for higher earning job
opportunities for women
•  It opens a whole world of opportunities for the poor so
that they may have an equal shot at well paying jobs.
Education also plays a major role in women
empowerment and allows the ideals of feminism
Education leads to happiness abound:
stable, balanced, self-dependent life
•  Being self dependent and financially stable, is
necessary for an individual to have a stable mind and
to feel good from within
•  Being educated allows an individual to have a better
understanding of the world
•  Education allows people to know that they can make
a difference
•  Education can turn a persons dreams into reality and
builds self-confidence
