This topic considers two frameworks of time to explain the second coming (parousia or presence ) of Jesus. Option (1) is biblical (not literal) meanings, as opposed to Option(2), only literal meanings of words. The slideshow briefly compares both and lists the shortcomings and advantages of each perspective. It concludes that biblical meanings from biblical usage permit an explanation in the first century without forcing facts out of their natural context.
