SEC reporting and financial accounting
 Responsible for the Company’s annual and quarterly filings (Form 8K, earnings release, Form
10K, Form 10Q and Form 11K) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). I am the
process owner for this function and work closely with the chief financial officer, corporate
controller, audit committee, disclosure review committee, external counsel, auditors and key
personnel of various departments on the Company’s SEC filings.
 Responsible for the proxy disclosures and quarterly and annual presentations to the audit
committee and disclosure review committee.
 Responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and leading the adoption of new
accounting standards and SEC rules. My role also includes researching technical accounting and
emerging issues as they arise and documenting the impact of those issues on the Company,
including the following topics : fair value measurements, share-based payments, spin-off’s,
restructuring, revenue recognition, impairment analysis of goodwill and other long-lived assets.
 Responsible for SOX compliance and complex accounting areas like valuation, goodwill
impairment, stock based compensation, EPS, accounting for spin off’s, revenue recognition etc.
 Provided cross training and managed other employees in external reporting.
Public accounting and audit experience
I have over 6 plus years of experience in public accounting with both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and
Deloitte. My role included:
 Planning, supervising and performing all phases of the audit engagements which includes
administration, budgeting, client relations and report preparation for both public and privately held
companies.
 Performed and executed audits in relation to compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002,
Section 404 including the evaluation of identified deficiencies in internal controls.
 Managed and provided guidance to staff on control testing, substantive testing and evaluation of
results.
