Set Up
• Unit No.1 is a PVC Unit, where PVC film is produced, printed, silted and supplied/exported.
• Unit No.2, where Polyester and BOPP based laminates are printed and laminated. It comprises pouch
making also.

7. The films manufactured by us are rigid PVC Films for Twistwrap applications.
The different grades are available:
ANTISTATIC & ODOURLESS
Static free and can wrap 1600 to 2000 sweets per minute.
AESTHETIC APPEARANCE
Exhibit high gloss clarity which increases the aesthetic properties of our product.
EXCELLENT PRINT ABILITY
An excellent quality of print surface which enhances all the colors printed without any problem
of Ink Peeling.
HEAT SEALLABLE PVC FILMS
Clear Film & Metalized Film
Clear Films are single clear structure rigid PVC with one side heat sealable coating designed
for general overlap applications. Metalized Heat Sealable Films are Metalized rigid films with
one side heat sealable layer designed for inner lamination to any substrate like BOPP, PET and
paper in order to give an excellent rigidity and barrier layer and good sealing strength.
LAMINATION GRADE FILMS
Cheaper alternative to BOPP & Polyester films.
Available in different thickness starting from 6, 7, 8, 12 and 15 microns.
Used for lamination on paper, boxes to improve the aesthetic appearance by leaving a glossy
finish. This can used on very cheap conventional lamination machines using cheap adhesives.

Polypropylene Films: 25 Microns, 30, 35 Heat-sealable Trasparent /Opaque / Metalized
