Levels of planning
Six Step planning process for institutions
of higher education
 Step 1: Form a collaborative planning team
It should be involved with assignment of roles and responsabilites
 Step 2: Understand the situation
This can be accomplished by identifying specific threats and hazards
 Step 3: Determine goals and objectives
It is a proven community emergency planning approach that is crucial to
success
 Step 4: plan development for identifying cpurses of action
A potential emergency could unfoldand then plan according
 Step 5 : prepare, revier, and approve the plan
it involves formatting the plan, approving the plan and sharing the plan
Step 6: Implement and maintain the plan
Using this method will allow for a building-block approach that will stimulate
continued improvement and ensure more consistency in the overall exercise
process
New curriculum in Ecuador
 This new curriculum has clear exit profiles for each one of the twelve years
starting at second grade with a PreA1.1 until seventh grades with an A2.2
level of the CEFR. For eighth graders, it is required to recycle knowledge
previously acquired since they 6 start with an A1.1 level until getting a B1.2
level at the end of Tercero de Bachillerato
