Building stuff in general
Good food and coffee
A job well done
To feel needed
Making a difference
Being polite (good manners are underrated) Overcoming a fear
Making people laugh and laughing
Cooking a great meal
Learning and Listening to and playing music Solving problems
Helping others Accomplishing a task
Building relationships
Writing and reading
Physical activities and challenges

14. It forces you to focus
on the emotional side
