scope and limitations of the report.
1.1. Origin of the report:
The BBA Program under the department of finance offers a course named

1.3. Methodology:
To prepare this report we have collected data from different published materials.
Then we have conducted a secondary study. After that we have prepared a questionnaire and

secondary report to prepare this report
8. Page 8 of 39
1.4. Scope of the report:
Everything has some advantage which helps that work to be completed thoroughly. We
get some scope which helps us to make a standard report. Major of them are-
Enough Time: We have got enough time to prepare a report so that we could gather information
with much tension free mind. .
Easy access to internet: We have a very smooth access to internet in our computer lab. So that
we didn’t face any kind of trouble in this sector.
Easy Topic: The topic of us was much easier than others. So we don’t feel any problem about
our topic.
Every study has some limitations. We faced some usual constraints during the
course of our preparation for the report.

QUESTIONNARIE DEVELOPMENT &
ANALYSIS
A questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of a series of questions and other prompts for
the purpose of gathering information from respondents. Although they are often designed for
statistical analysis of the responses
Questionnaires
Structured/ Undisguised
Structured/ Disguised
Unstructured/Undisguised
Unstructured /Disguised
Designing a questionnaire
Is a questionnaire appropriate?
Identify the resources that are available
Decide what information you need
Select items for inclusion
Design the individual questions
[ [
Design the Individual Questions
Number of question should be as few as possible
Questions should be logically arranged
Questions should be short and simple
11. Page 11 of 39
Sensitive question should be avoided
Question that requires calculation should be avoided
Instruction to the informant
Use of correct spelling, punctuation and grammar style .
Use of specific questions. For example, "did you read a newspaper yesterday?",
instead of "did you read a newspaper?".
Avoiding the use of technical terms and jargon. An exception to this rule is
questions that are made for a specific group of respondents, who regularly use
jargon, e.g., doctors, lawyers and researchers.
Avoiding negative phrasing, e.g., "should the school not be improved?". This can
lead to confusion and cost more effort to answer the question correctly.
Avoiding words and expressions with multiple-meanings
Avoiding negative phrasing, e.g., "should the school not be improved?". This can
lead to confusion and cost more effort to answer the question correctly.
Make sure the questions are unbiased
When developing survey questionnaire, surveyor has to make certain that s/he is asking the
questions in a neutral way, i.e. that s/he is not leading respondents toward a particular answer.
This may seem simple, but when questions are written one will often find that the way one
phrases the question may reflect one’s underlying opinion.
Types of questions
Close-endedquestions
Designed to obtain predetermined responses
(Yes/No; True/False; strongly agree-strongly, disagree, etc..)
Easy to count and analyze
12. Page 12 of 39
Easy to interpret
May not have catered for all possible answers
Open-ended questions
What? Why? How?
No predetermined responses given
Able to answer in own words
Useful exploratory research and to generate ideas
Flexible
Requires skill in asking questions and interpreting results
Answers can lack uniformity and be difficult to analyze
Layout of Questionnaire
Just as important as wording
Aim for a professional look
Tips:
– Cover letter/introductory page giving study title, organization, aims of the survey
– Enough space for open-ended questions
– Font large enough to read without strain
– Consistent and clear instructions
– Don’t split questions or answers across pages
– Enough white space

SUGGESTIONS & CONCLUTION
COMPANYPROGRESS & CONTRIBUTION
Textile industry is a comparatively new in our country. The size of the industry is still
growing. Square Textiles Limited is one of the first movers in this sector. Starting only in 1997,
it has managed to be grown up as one of the country’s leading Textile Company.
Its increase turnover has been significantly increasing, since 1997-2007.
It is providing employment to a large number of skilled and unskilled people all
over the country.
The Company contributed an amount of taka 37.892million to the national
exchequer in different forms like
Cooperate Income Tax,
Income Tax,
Excise,
Vat,
Import Duties,

Government Taxes ,
Stamp Duties,
License Fees etc.
The Company contributed substantially to the Foreign Exchange Reserve of the
country through its export marketing operation. In 2007its net export earning was
taka 1021.368 million.
37. Page 37 of 39
RECOMMENDATION
From the analysis with the organization structure we have
seen that its span of super vision is too large. A number of departments report directly to the
general manager. If the number were less the efficiency and productivity of the organization
might be increased. Quality control department should remain prompt always. So that it can
maintain a certain level of standard as per the market demand to capture the foreign market share
it should strive more.
CONCLUSION
The flourishment of any industry requires combined efforts and co-operation from
several parties .Social, political and macroeconomic environment play pivotal role in this regard.
Though Square Textile is a newly Ventured Company in the respective sector, its growth and
expansion is praiseworthy. It’s contributing the country and serving the nation in different ways.
If it can up hold it’s much toward advancement, it will be able to set a role model in our country.
