In the end, the family reconciles over dinner and TV before going to bed.

- 1. A Messy Day – Episode 1 Hi, everyone! And welcome to this blog section. Today I have a nice story for you . It’s called “A Messy Day…” Now, I have a question for you: what do you think is this story about? Well, let’s see if you’re right. A Messy Day… Last year, a little boy called Nick, had one of the busiest day of his life. As usual, he gets up at 6 a.m. and takes a shower. Then Nick gets dressed and combs his straight, brown hair. He wears a green sweater, jeans and white trainers. Later, Nick has breakfast. He eats bread, cereal and orange juice. Once he has eaten his breakfast, Nick brushes his teeth and leaves home at 7 a.m. His parents wished him a nice day. Now Nick is ready to go to school. He usually meets John at the corner of Main Street and walk to Summerhill School. But this time, he’d rather go to school by bike. So, he rides his bike road to school. Suddenly, something wrong happens. Now, it’s time to recap the story events so far. What has happened? What do you think it’s going to happen? - 2. A Messy Day – Episode 2 Hi, and welcome again to “A Messy Day” In this episode, we will keep the track on Nick’s story. Do you remember what has happened so far? What do you think it’s going to happen? Well, let’s go on with the story. Nick decides to go to school by bike. In the way to school, a car runs over him near the bridge and Nick hurts his knee. Fortunately, the accident happened five blocks away from school. So, the car driver seeks for medical attention at the nurse’s office, and then he give Nick’s parents a call. Once they knew what was going on with Nick, they felt so worried. Afterwards, Nick gets well and takes classes as usual. However, he notices he fails maths test, and he goes back home with John, who is his best friend. When Nick arrives home, his parents punished him for riding his bike to school without their permission and failing maths test. So, Nick’s lunch today tasted like terrible. He had soup as starter; chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli as main dish; water as drink; and chocolate cake as dessert. Because Nick was punished, he couldn’t do anything but his maths homework. Yet some hours later, Nick has a magnificent idea! What do you think he’s going to do? What do you think is Nick going to do? How do you think this story ends? Alright, let’s see what happens. Nick is bored. He needs to have some fun. So, he stops doing his homework and escapes from home to play with his friends. They played Hopscotch with some girls till evening. As Nick was playing with his friends, his parents realised they were very harsh with him after all. They understood Nick felt too nervous in maths class after accident, and also thought they shouldn’t have punished him. So, when Nick went tiptoeing upstairs, his parents tell him all the truth and hugged each other. Later on, they have dinner. They ate pasta and drank soda. After that, they watch their favourite TV series and go to bed at 10 p.m. It’s a messy day, isn’t it? OK, let’s recap the whole story. What’s the story about? What happens in the story?
