7. Tower of London
It is one of the world’s most famous fortresses and has been used as
royal palace, prison, armoury and even a zoo. Constructed over 900
years ago, it is still home to her majesty's Crown Jewels, on display for visitors to
see, guarded by the Beefeaters. Situated in central London just a stones throw
from the River Thames, it is the one of the city's premier attractions.

One of the most distinct landmarks in the city, it is identified by its two
neo-Gothic towers. Designed by Horace Jones, the Bridge dates back to 1894.

THE GLOBE THEATRE.
A re-creation of Shakespeare's playhouse, built with materials, techniques
and craftsmanship of 400 years ago. There is an exhibition about Elizabethan
theatre and the Shakespeare's influence around the world. The summer season
of plays sees Shakespeare performed in an authentic setting.

The British Airways London Eye (Millennium Wheel) stands 135 metres high
on the South Bank of the River Thames between Westminster and Hungerford
Bridges. It is the world's highest observation wheel and offers spectacular
views of London.

Known also as the Houses of Parliament, it is the House of the
goverment of the Uk, where laws governing British life are
debated and passed.

It is one of the most famous landmarks in the world. The clock tower is situated
on the banks of the river Thames and is part of the Palace of Westminster

One of the most popular tourist attractions in London, Buckingham Palace
is a fine example of Victorian architecture. The London home of the Royal
family, the Palace is open to visitors only during certain times of the year.

One of the liveliest and most bustling intersections in the city, Piccadilly Circus is a
popular tourist attraction in London. The Circus is located where five prime streets
in the city come together.
