8. Province Nomination
Candidates with lower CRS score can apply for additional application
to a province to receive Nomination.
If the province Nominates the Candidate, Additional 600 points are added
in CRS score eventually Candidate receive Invitation to apply in next
round of Invitation.
To apply for the PNP you must:
Eligible as per the requirement of province.
Apply to a province or territory for a nomination.
Be nominated by that province or territory.
If nomination from the province, the candidate has to stay in the
province for two years.

11. Fee For Various Bodies
And Government Agencies:
IELTS test fee is around Rupees 14,500/- per person. Where applicable,
both the spouse’s ought to appear in the test.
Educational credential assessment (ECA) fee charged by WES is CAD 305
per person and is subject to change without notice. The ECA fee charged
by other credential assessment agencies differs from the one charged by
WES.
Post receipt of invite to apply (ITA), application processing fee is CAD 850
each for the main applicant and where applicable, the Spouse.
Dependents below 22 years fee are charged a fee of CAD 250 per child.

12. Post receipt of request for submission of
passport for visa stamping, payable
Right of landing fee (ROLF) is CAD 515
each for self and spouse.
It will be wise to budget for
miscellaneous expenses on courier,

positive Education Credential Assessment.
Retake IELTS - Failing to comply with the required IELTS
score, reappearing and improving your IELTS score is the
surest way to getting additional points.

18. College Act
A stringent College Act has been passed by the Canadian parliament, which bars
anyone – within or outside Canada – from using the term ‘Immigration Consultant’
or a similar term, unless they are functioning in accordance with the strict guidelines
of the said ACT. The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Canada
has recently been established. This is a paramount regulatory body that will replace
