Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit is focusing on adult education and employment training to enhance employability and help individuals with barriers to work. The organization recently opened a new education center and hosted events such as a Thanksgiving dinner and a holiday book drive to support community members in need. Additionally, the 'Flip the Script' program aims to transform the lives of young minority males through job readiness training and transitional employment opportunities.
