We pride ourselves on meeting the changing needs of our candidates. We give them
each a non-sales-based contact, who they can call any time. This Account Manager
(AM) also calls them on a regular basis, ensuring any outstanding issues have been
resolved.
In addition, the AM provides:
General problem-solving – Regarding timesheets, contract changes and payment

Contractor satisfaction – Questionnaires, highlighting what we have done well and
where we can improve in the future
Advice – Career & market advice, discounted technical training & travel

Every three months, we provide candidate and client appraisals, measuring satisfaction
against expectation, confirming whether this was the role or candidate that you
expected, as well as further general feedback to continue to improve our services and
processes.
We place skilled candidates in some isolated environments, often in countries or
locations far from regular contact. We work closely with the client to look after
candidates in the field, and keep them in close contact and informed of all relevant news
or changes.

We aim to work closely with you and support you. From the start of a contract, we endeavour
to understand your business as thoroughly as possible: the underlying business needs, the
culture, the aims, all from your point of view. We aim always to be open, honest and
professional. To measure our performance, we will discuss and confirm with you beforehand
the scope of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
under which we will work.
5.1 WE HAVE RELIABLE ACCOUNT MANAGERS
We provide each client with an Account Manager (AM), who acts as a single point of
contact for day-to-day and serious issues; in effect, they are Relationship Managers.
These managers ensure we deliver on our KPIs against the SLAs, based on their
extensive Delivery Management experience. With our strong technical understanding of
each of our markets, we can tailor our management reporting to your requirements.
Our AMs stay in their roles for many years, and allowing us ever-increasing knowledge
of you and the market, and giving you the consistency on delivery of this information
and our services that you deserve. The AM ensures that we supply candidates on time
and to specification, ready to work, and already screened. The AM will go to candidate
review meetings and solve client problems related to candidates.
Strong Delivery teams back the AMs, allowing the AMs to act as quality control for our
services. However, our account structure does allow some degree of flexibility to the
allocation of resources to support our business activities, depending on the account plan
for a client and the size of the commercial opportunity.
When a client deems an issue to be of a serious enough nature, NetworkersMSB use
an internal escalation process to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all involved.

We give them each a non-sales-based contact, who they can call any time. This Account Manager (AM) also calls them on a regular basis, ensuring any outstanding issues have been resolved. In addition, the AM provides: General problem-solving – Regarding timesheets, contract changes and payment issues Contractor satisfaction – Questionnaires, highlighting what we have done well and where we can improve in the future Advice – Career & market advice, discounted technical training & travel arrangements.
