Sanderson's Orlando Velvet fabric has been wrapped
around certain frame sections within the dividers to add
further privacy, colour and texture.

Linen & Linden.

Note- The Grey Valchromat has been sandblasted
to give the effect of a concrete finish.
- The shelving unit behind the bar is to be of Grey
sandblasted Valchromat finished with clear AC
lacquer. It is to have a timber and metalwork inner
frame fixed to the ground for support.
- The counter to the shelving unit is made up of
Grey sandblasted Valchromat with a solid Oak
worktop and all finished with clear AC lacquer.
- The bar is constructed from Grey sandblasted
Valchromat.
- The storage counter top / sink behind the main
bar front is of Black Corian.
- The doors to the storage counter under the sink
are of Wenge finished with clear AC lacquer.
- The bar top to the main bar is of solid Oak
- The bar front is clad in Yellow Valchromat panels
and scalloped Wenge finished with clear AC
lacquer.
- The room dividers have been constructed from
either Oak, Wenge and black powder coated steel.
Each is wrapped with Sanderson's Orlando Velvet
in Gold & Plum, Linen & Silver and Linen & Linden.
Wall Panelling:
- The wall panelling is to be made up of tongue and
groove burnt wood panelling (left unfinished).
Structure:
- The columns are to be finished in Papyrus White
matte paint to RAL 9018.
- The flooring is as before, made good.
