AN EFFICIENT PROXY SIGNCRYPTION SCHEME BASED ON THE DISCRETE LOGARITHM PROBLEM
This document proposes a new efficient proxy signcryption scheme based on the discrete logarithm problem (DLP). The scheme allows an original signer to delegate signing power to a proxy signer, who can then sign messages on behalf of the original signer. The scheme consists of setup, proxy-credential-generation, proxy-signcryption-generation, and proxy-unsigncryption-verification phases. It achieves security requirements like verifiability, unforgeability, identifiability, and prevention of misuse through use of public/private keys and the intractability of computing discrete logarithms. The scheme is proven correct and its security is analyzed.

Don't Call It a Comeback: Attribute Grammars for Big Data Visualization
This talk overviews our web platform for big data visualization (Superconductor). It focuses on one of the core components: our domain specific language for writing custom layouts. We took a new look at the old idea of attribute grammars: I'll show live examples of writing attribute grammars, automatically finding parallelism in them, and then automatically compiling them down into efficient parallel JavaScript code that runs on GPUs.

Persistent identification: supporting digital humanities
This document summarizes a project aimed at improving access to museum collection data for digital humanities researchers through persistent identification. The project assigns persistent URIs to artworks, data, and representations from 10 museum collections. These URIs will improve retrieval and linking of museum data by uniquely identifying cultural heritage objects on the web. By acting as publishers of their own data and linking to external authority sources, museums can ensure their collection information remains stable, accessible, and enriched over time for researchers. The project aims to demonstrate these benefits through a prototype application and help more museums adopt persistent identification practices.

In today's world the amazing development of IT caused more attention of governments and businesses to take advantage of it. In the meantime Cities have action to create electronic city, using IT and according to the needs of city managers to new ideas for managing the City and maximum participation of citizens in municipal affairs. For the success of e-city In addition to providing the necessary infrastructures and secure environment for data exchange citizens participation and interaction with government and private agencies should be considered. Because one of the factor keys to success in electronic city is people attention and their use of electronic city's services. Service oriented architecture is an appropriate approach to increase citizens’ participation in municipal affairs with an increased interoperability between different organizations and integration between inter-organizational systems. In this paper, we’ve offered a new architecture, studying electronic city layers and focusing on the benefits of service-oriented architecture, to increase participation of citizens’ in electronic city systems and Creating of a Secure environment to provide accurate information and efficient services to users.
