This weekly report discusses progress on a rice cooker project. The student designed a PCB circuit board with a microcontroller and real-time clock chip. Testing found the touch switch circuit was unstable due to insufficient current. The student replaced the touch switch with a microswitch, making the circuit stable. Next steps are to design an improved touch switch PCB with adequate current supply.

Weekly Progress
This week we make the PCB circuit board. The circuit has Microcontroller AVR ATMEGA128 and
IC real time clock DS1307 and Power Supply and I try the touch switch circuit board. I found
problem that the touch switch circuit board, when used in combination with microcontroller circuit
board it's not stable. I think that the current supply to the circuit, there is not enough. I change
touch switch to micro switch in rice cooker's P'ID. It's stable.
