500 Hours Yoga Training Course
The 500 hours of yoga training course teaches much more than the 300 hours yoga course and it
covers detail studies of Ashtanga Vinyasa, the Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Sutra and more.
It gives complete knowledge about the Indian Philosophy, the five Pranas, the Chakras, history of
Anatomy, the Pranayama, yogic effect and more. Students learn here perfectly how to control
breathing and how to do meditation in correct form.
The mantra chanting in the course is very important as it boosts up the inner energy and builds up
confidence in life.
The course is designed to advance and reinforce your basic and intermediate learning and practice
of the traditional art to stay fit. The learning methodology under this course is for the advanced
students who wants to learn yoga complete and are looking to make career in this by becoming yoga
teacher or instructor.

6.30 am to 7 am Mantra Reciting
7am -7.45 am Cleansing process (Sat karma).
7.45 am to 8.30 am Pranayama and Meditation
8.30am to 10.30 am Astanga Vinyas
10.30 am to 11.30 am Break fast and Self-study.
11.30am to 12.30 pm Yoga Philosophy.
1pm to 3 pm Lunch and self study.
3pm to 4 pm Anatomy and Physiology
4 pm to 4.30 pm Tea Time
4.30 pm to 6.30 pm Hatha Yoga
6pm to 7 pm Meditation
7.30pm to 8.15 pm Dinner
8.30 pm onword Self study and rest
Eligibility for the 500 hrs Teacher Training Course :-
 Any one who interested to study ancient six system of Indian philosophy, to know yourself and
yoga practices they all are well come to the Vedic Meditation Yoga School.
 The candidate should not be less than 15 years and more than 60 years.
 During the course if a candidate is found unfit to under goes the course His / Her course will be
discontinue.
 85 % of attendance is necessary for the certification.
 The candidate should not be pregnant or recent surgery.
Facilities :-
 Private rooms with attach bath room. With Breakfast and two meal per day and free internet (wi- fi
)
 Five session of Ayurvedic Massage.
 Local sight seeing or tour five days (on Sunday)
 Dress code -: we will provide you four pair of dress code.
 Transportation (Delhi to Rishikesh and Rishikesh to Delhi) extra charges $ 180.
 Study material (five books)
Refund policy :-
 It is advised that to before submitting the application form to a teacher training program one
should considered the time and reduced investment require on the path of yoga teacher the
specific deposit due with the application. It is non refundable. In case any changes in program
one can choose to go for any next schedule.
