This document describes 5 warm-up exercises that can be done before a workout. They are: 1) jogging or brisk walking to increase heart rate and blood flow; 2) jumping jacks to engage the legs, core, and arms; 3) lunges to activate and stretch the lower body; 4) arm circles to increase shoulder and arm mobility; and 5) push-ups to activate the chest, shoulders, and arms. Each exercise is described in 1-2 sentences explaining how to perform the movement.
