The Women's Empowerment Principles were launched in 2010 and consist of 7 principles for businesses to promote gender equality and empower women, including establishing high-level leadership for gender equality, treating women and men fairly, ensuring health and safety of all workers, and promoting education and training for women. The principles aim to achieve gender equality through corporate policies and community initiatives.
