THE  FRENCH  AND  INDIAN WAR MAY 28,  1743 - 1754. The French and Indian war. The French  and English were fighting over  the  New  World.
Stamp ActIn 1765-1766 colonists have to pay money for printed materials. The colonists were outraged. They boycotted British goods.
Boston Massacre In 1770 the colonists had to pay taxes. They have  to pay for glass ,lead, paper, and tea. So the colonists threw snowballs at the British soldiers. The soldiers fired at the colonist. Five of the colonists  died.
Boston Tea PartyIn 1773 Americans tea was taxed. British tea wasn’t taxed. The Americans dress themselves as Native Americans and went to the Harbor. They poured the tea into Boston Harbor.  The teawas worth three million dollars.
Intolerable Acts In 1774 the colonists destroyed the tea that was worth 3 million dollars so the king made new laws.The Boston harbor was closed. British soldiers moved in the colonists’ houses. The colonists lost their freedom.
