Warehouse Layout  The above shown is a Warehouse Layout plan based on which the Warehouse can be created in 4s ELog
Warehouse Setup An Empty Warehouse can be segregated into Various Zones as shown below. You can see the Various Zones in a Warehouse where Zone Z001 ( Receiving & Storing ) , Zone Z002 ( Assembly) , Zone Z003 ( Quality Zone) etc
Warehouse Setup A Zone can further be divided into different locations like Picking Location , Block Stack Location , Racking Location , Hold Location , Damage Location .  Each Picking / Block Stack / Racking / Hold / Damage  Location can further be divided into ‘n’ locations as per your needs and goods movement. E.G L001 - L004 – Racking Location for Bolts & Nuts
Warehouse Setup Similarly in 4S ELog we can have multiple Aisle , Bay & Level combination associated to ‘n’ Locations of the Warehouse Level 1 Level 2
ELog Master SETUP Licensee Level - Setup Step 1:- Company Creation  – Your Company is created using this option  Step 2:- Creating a Role for Head Office Level –  Your HO Role to be defined here Step 3:- Creating a user for Head Office Level –  Your HO user to be created based    on the role created Licensee Level Head Office Level Company Level Project Level Warehouse Level Warehouse Customer Level

Project  Level - Setup Code Customization –  The Labels like GRN id , Put away Id  , Pick Ticket id ,   Shipping Id , Pallet Id can be code customized as per your requirement . ELog Master SETUP Licensee Level Head Office Level Company Level Project Level Warehouse Level Warehouse Customer Level
Warehouse Level -Setup Step 1:  Storage Types  –  How your material is going to be stored in the Warehouse  Step 2:-  Storage Facilities–  Whether Warehouse contains Refrigerated and Non    Refrigerated areas.    with Warehouse for Warehouse Customer creation. Step 3:- Storage Master –  What are the different Aisle , Level, & Bay is going to be    configured. Step 4:- Zone Master –  Your different Zones which are going to be used in the  Warehouse. Step 5:- UOM (Unit of Measurement ) –  Your default Unit of Measurements going to  be used for your Warehouse Operations. Step 6:- UOM Mapping –  Mapping your Unit of Measurements to case , piece and  pallet. Step 7:  Status Master –  Defining your various Status like Short , Damage , Excess ,  Wet in your Warehouse Operations. Step 8:- Location Master :-  Defining your various Warehouse Locations based on the  Zones define whether it is block stack , Picking , Racking etc. Step 9: Warehouse Location Default :-  Mapping the Locations defined to the  respective zones for smooth operations. Step 10: Event List Creation & Order Method Configuration  :-  Creating events for  outbound operations by associating event list to an Order method. Step 11:-   Transporter Registration , Contract , Route Master  :- Define your  carriers their Contract details and Routes Operating. Step 12:-Warehouse Contract :-  Contract between Customer and you along with  storage details and billing details . Step 2:- Pack Key–  This module takes care how many eaches does carton / pallet    contains. Step 3:- Vendor , Vendor Part Mapping , Purchase Contract –  Your Suppliers ,    items which are procured from your supplier , supplier contract details. Step 4:- Customer , Customer Part Mapping , Sales Contract –  Your Customers ,    items which are sold to your customers , sales contract details.
