Vocabulary Angles: Composed of two rays with a common endpoint called vertex Angles can be named by a number, by the letter name of its vertex, or by listing the names of the three points on the angle with the vertex as its middle letter.

There are 4 types of angles Right = 90 degrees (looks like a corner) Acute = less than 90 degrees (looks like a cute little angle) Obtuse = more than 90 degrees (very wide like something obese) Straight = a straight line
