- 6. What is the Normal Amount ? – • 1-2 ml / day which keeps the genital tract comfortably moist, is transudent and watery. Sources – From Vulval glands, Vaginal epithelial lining, the Cervix , the Uterus, and Fallopian tubes. • The secretions are dependent upon the ovarian function and sexual stimulation • effect. DR. TREATMENT • Improve general health – Rest and good diet habits. • Counselling for – Regular bowel habits, • Personal and genital cleanliness, • Daily bath and changing of washed and dry cloths. • Regular physical exercise. • Psychological – Reassurance, Relief of anxiety and worry.
