You will receive a 33.3% discount off your Provider Law Firm’s
standard hourly rate for representation should you need legal
services that must be performed outside of a lawyer’s office. *
Five business days advance notice is required for preparation in
court representation.
*Hourly rates for Referral Lawyers and court appearances may vary.
Preferred Member Discount: Hourly rates for Provider Law Firms and court appearances may vary. Please note that a retainer may be required for services to be
rendered under this benefit. At least five business days are required for preparation in court representation. Telephone advice is available immediately.

Should you require assistance of a lawyer in the United States, on a
retainer basis, simply contact your Provider Law Firm. They will
arrange a referral to an appropriate United States lawyer. You will be
entitled to a 25% discount off that lawyer’s standard hourly rate for

A retainer will normally be required for services to be rendered
under this benefit.
Five business days advance notice is required for preparation in
