The inspector provided a detailed report of their inspection of a home located at 2515 McEwan, Saginaw, MI. Upstairs, the living room and kitchen were in satisfactory condition with some minor cracks and sealing issues noted. The attic had blown-in cellulose insulation and was clean but the chimney and roof showed signs of deterioration. In the basement, some plumbing fixtures like faucets were leaky, while the furnace, hot water heater and electrical panel were in good working order. Windows, doors and bedrooms throughout the home were also found to be in acceptable condition.

o Blown in cellulose insulation
o Attic is very clean

o Chimney on the roof has signs of deterioration (Bricks)

o Roofing is probably 15-20yrs old along w/garbage roofing as well
(Deterioration)
o Plug on W. side of house needs an outdoor type recept. cover on it.
