When a vendor joins an interested vendor list
for a particular health fair, they can choose
between a basic listing (free) or a premium
listing (paid); they select how they show
up/stand out to the host on the interested list
of vendors.
So, vendors have two options when joining the
list of interested vendors for a health fair. If a
vendor goes with a premium listing, it
increases their chance of selection and they
only pay if they’re selected, so it’s risk-free for
them. And just so you know, over 80% of
vendors don’t pay and get into health fairs for
FREE. HFC makes very little revenue per health
fair, yet still provide a ton of value to the host
and vendor. Tech is awesome!!

categories (i.e. chiropractor, banking,
dental) as it’s a way for vendors to stand
out among their fellow competitors.
For example, in saturated metro areas, in
some cases, 10+ chiropractors will join the
interested vendor list for one health fair.
Those who value the opportunity the most
will go with the premium listing to increase
their chances of selection.
Rarely, do we see yoga studios, healthy food
delivery options, fitness boot camps, and
like vendors go with premium listings.

you’ll receive an email with this tip. We
share valuable tips to hosts throughout the
process.

work, we list the vendors rep name
and cell phone on the health fair
