This document summarizes the history and activities of Questers, an international company based in Bulgaria that builds and manages teams of IT specialists for clients. It started in 2007 as part of another company before spinning off in 2012. Since then, it has employed over 1000 IT specialists and become a top employer in Bulgaria. Questers provides challenging projects for its international clients and combines advantages of both small and large companies. It supports personal and professional growth for employees through training and social activities. The company also focuses on social responsibility and environmental initiatives.
