It was an exciting 1st Quarter of 2017 with 61 units sold in
South Beach & Yerba Buena. New construction sales picked
up the pace after a sluggish 4th Quarter of 2016. More bad
news for beleaguered Millennium Tower has resulted in sales
grinding to a sudden halt. Construction for Woodland Market
in the Lumina commercial space has begun.
It has finally stopped raining, the Warriors are entering the
playoffs as the 1st seed, and the Giants have a new season
complete with a new closer. It’s a great time to sell your unit,
