We have developed a range of Tray Desserts & Bakes, based upon familiar recipes (& one of my mums), which can be cut to your preference for Canapes, Petit fours, Afternoon Tea, Assiette or Individual Dessert - all come in a half traybake. From classic Lemon Posset to our newest Baked Mango & Passion Fruit cheesecake made with non gluten containing ingredients, there is a lovely collection.

35mm deep - weights vary depending on the dessert and are from 500-700g. 4 per case.

So here are the desserts & bakes..... our brownie has been quoted as ''best ever'' on many
occasions - (my brother in law can actually sniff them out in his house when it is supposed to
be a birthday surprise!). We did pay our brochure lady in brownies instead of money once she
had a taste - not sure how she explained that one away??
