(1) Military Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO’s) and Technicians: These candidates have been hand-
selected from a large pool of Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard Non-Commissioned
Officers (NCO’s) and Technicians who are about to separate from the military. This candidate pool has all of
the qualities that you would expect your top performers to have, including: leadership & technical talent, a
strong work ethic, discipline, with excellent communication skills. These candidates fit very well in to high-
stress, fast-paced environments filling roles in the following areas:
• Electrical and Electronics Technicians • Engineering
• Field Service and Automation Technicians • Manufacturing Managers
• Operations / Production Supervisors • Reliability and Quality Assurance Managers
• Mechanical Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Auxiliary Systems Technicians
(2) Junior Military Officers (JMO): These candidates have been hand-selected from a large pool of Army,
Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard Officers who are about to separate from the military. All
have college degrees (technical and non-technical) and are seeking career positions. They are all mature,
energetic young leaders. With extensive supervisory and leadership experience and training, they have
proven to be exceptional employees in a wide variety of fields including engineering, maintenance, production,
distribution, sales, and general management.
(3) Senior Military Officers (SMO) & Corporate-Experienced Veterans: These candidates are current and
former field-grade officers in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard Officers who are
either transitioning off of active duty military service or are seeking to make a transition from their current
position in the corporate world. These candidates have significant leadership experience in mid-level and
senior-level positions in and out of the military. They have a proven track record of success in the military and
many have done the same in corporate America. Our clients hire them into engineering, leadership and

INTERVIEWS - Interviews take
place in a hotel suite. They are
scheduled in advance of your
arrival and based upon your
stated needs and our in-depth

Upon arrival, you will receive
your personal interview
schedule, as well as a resume
for each candidate. Interviews
are generally scheduled at 30-
or 45-minute intervals.
FOLLOW-UP - After you
complete your interviews, your
Lucas Group Representative
will meet with you for feedback.
We then talk to each candidate
about the opportunities for
which he or she interviewed to
determine their interest level.
Within two working days of your
interviews, you will receive
detailed recommendations from
us regarding which candidates
to pursue. Our objective is to
ensure maximum return on your
investment of time and money
in pursuing these candidates.
