Hello, my name is Kyle Pitts and I am a
Professional Race Car Driver from Mulberry
Florida. Currently I race with the Sprints on Dirt
and Top Gun Sprints in Michigan and Florida.
While I have only been racing Sprint Cars for 2
years I have already made a name in the sport by
becoming the Sprints on Dirt 2014 Rookie of the
Year. I plan to use this momentum to bring me to
the ASCS National Tour to achieve the 2015 ASCS
Rookie of the year, and eventually to the World of
Outlaws.
As an up and coming professional race car
driver, I am continuing to expand my influence
through social media with my driver page on
Facebook at, Kyle Pitts Racing, on Twitter,
@KPitts7, and through my website at,
www.KylePittsRacing.com. With the partnership
of any company I can bring an exciting form of
entertainment to all areas of our Nation, as well as
relationship building for any company. With Kyle
Pitts Racing and Central Florida Motorsports
opportunities are endless!!
In 2010, eight years after Brian Sheldon decided to leave his position as a Crew Chief
on the World of Outlaws Sprint Car tour, Central Florida Motorsports Racing was born.
The past eight years had been spent holding various positions at Lowe’s Home
Improvement. Positions ranging from Department Manager to five years as Store
Manager, from Michigan to Las Vegas and finally to Sebring, Florida. The time had come
to get back into Sprint Car Racing.
Brian and a fellow Lowe’s associate attended a race of the Top Gun Sprint Car Tour, a
limited sprint group in Florida. The series seemed right for the return to the sport, a used
car was acquired and an engine was built. Kyle Welchance was to be the driver of the 47w
car and CFMR went racing.
In 2013 Kyle Pitts took the wheel, also with the Top Gun Sprint Series, and finished
sixth in points that season.
2014 saw the same one driver team venture to Michigan for a season with the Sprints
on Dirt, a Michigan based ASCS 360 group with Kyle Pitts finishing 3rd in points and 2014
Rookie of the Year.
Following that success the decision was made to expand on the ideals important to
CFMR and create a place for new and young drivers to develop and be mentored. So this
season will see Kyle Pitts and the 7k once again leave the state of Florida for the National
spotlight. And we will see, Kyle Welechance and the 47w lead the way in Florida mentoring
our group of future leaders of the sport.
CFMR will work very hard to maintain a positive and structured development program
so those young people with the dream of being a “Race Car Driver” will always have a place
to hone their skills, both driving and with their very important Marketing Program. This
combination will help to insure their future success
Our vision for Kyle Pitts Racing and
Central Florida Motorsports Racing is
to build a strong working relationship
and to be dedicated in having our
partners be a part of our team both at
the track and on the road.
We are committed to provide the fans
with the tools to be able to reach out
and communicate with our team on any
platform. To be professional, honest ,
and sincere to their needs as fans.
We are dedicated to building a strong
and competitive team with the best
equipment so we can provide the best
entertainment for our fans and our
partners.
With an ongoing partnership we can
visualize the expansion of our partners
into markets that have been untouched.
We can visualize the use of Central
Florida Motorsports Racing to help
bring our partners into the homes of
every sprint car fan. Together We’ll go
Far.
With the lofty goals of competing with
the Sprints on Dirt in the 2014,
Tjslideways.com took an interest in where
I came from and what my goals were for
the 2014 season. At the first race of the
Sprints on Dirt season TJ featured me as
an up and coming driver from Florida and
a contender for the Rookie of the Year
honor.
As the 2014 season went on, we were
able to gain more exposure by taking the
Sprint Car to local car shows in Blissfield,
Michigan, where we gained many fans and
contacts.
Now back in Florida for the winter
months, we have made car show
appearances at Hurricane Grill and Wings
and for the first annual “Race to the Mall”
in Sebring Florida. At the mall I had the
honor to be interviewed by 99.1 WWOJ to
talk about last season in Michigan as well
as our plans for the 2015. I was able to talk
about the big races we have had and the
2015 Winter Nationals with the ASCS as
well as give thanks to our current partners.
I will continue the tradition of bringing
exposure of Sprint Cars and myself at the
next car show at Wells Automotive Group
in their 18th annual car show in Avon Park
Florida, just before the 12 hours of Sebring.
Kyle Pitts is one of the most
promising young talents in the
sprint car world today. With an
analytic and determined mindset
he has the potential to be one of the
greats.

At the beginning of the 2014 season I sat
down with my business partner Brian Sheldon
and discussed where, off the track we could
make the most impact, and gain the most
exposure. We decided that attending Car
Shows was the best venue.
At every car show the fans look for the
most distinctive, creative, stunning, powerful,
and unique cars to take a closer look at. When
a fan is walking down the aisle of any car show
and looking down the rows of cars they will
notice immediately the gigantic wing with the
bright colors and be instantly drawn to our car.
At each car show we have hundreds of fans
come up to us asking questions of where we
race, what type of horse power we get out of
the engine, and how fast will it go. I sign
autographs and sell t-shirts and talk to the fans
about what life is like on the road and at a
different track every weekend. They are
mesmerized by the excitement and lifestyle.
We get a wide range of fans that come to
the car shows. Kids love to see the sprint car
and stand next to a tire that is almost as large
as they are, to sit in the seat and barely see
over the wheel. The parents love to see the
excitement of their kids faces and can’t wait to
get an autograph for their kids. It truly is
exciting to see the level of awe that our fans
have for the sport I love so much.
The fans are the reason we are able
to go race every week and sometimes
more than twice a week. At every
venue the pit area is open to the fans so
that they can come down to our
haulers and meet the drivers, get
autographs, and purchase official team
apparel, both before and after the
event.
Central Florida Motorsports
Racing and Kyle Pitts Racing have
merchandise and complimentary hero
cards available for our fans which will
include our marketing partners brand
and logo.
We offer a growing and strong
social media following through the
driver page, Kyle Pitts Racing on
Facebook, as well as daily tweets from
Twitter @KPitts7.
www.kylepittsracing.com is another
source for information for our fans to
get connected with me and a great
opportunity to have a direct link to our
marketing partners websites.

Over the past year, I have created my own Driver website: www.KylePittsRacing.com.
With weekly updates as well as photos and schedule updates I have been able to provide a
continual source for my fans to keep up with all that is going on with myself as well as our
team. The website went live back in July of 2014. This past offseason we have seen the
number of hits grow over 150% in the month of January alone. With the start of the 2015
season we are expecting the number to continue to grow.
In addition to the website I have also found that in order to completely connect to the
fans a Facebook and Twitter account are a must. My Facebook account has seen
growth similar to the website. Since the beginning of 2015 my Facebook page has grown
more than 5 times its 2014 traffic, seeing multiple weeks gaining over 100 likes. My Twitter
account is also showing major bursts of activity growing more than double since the end of
2014.
With the success and exposure gained last season racing with the Sprints on Dirt, this
season has been built around the goal of exceeding what we have accomplished last year
and compete for race wins and a championship with the Sprints on Dirt in Michigan.
We are offering small entry level partnership deals which we can use to become more
efficient in our partnership responsibilities. This year we are offering deals based on the
number of races and where we will be racing. The base packages are: 1 race deal, 2-3 race
deals: and 4-5 race deals.
While we are currently offering this as a base package we will welcome any offer for
the 2015 Racing Season. We believe that starting in a less risky package will help to build a
stronger and more profitable package for the future.
The Sprints on Dirt Series is based out of Michigan and is one of the oldest Sprint
Car Sanctioning bodies in the United States. The Sprints on Dirt series has a number
of legendary drivers take to the track against the regulars because of how challenging
the racing has become. The Sprints on Dirt use rules that are similar to the majority of
the 360 racing series across the country. In addition to the racing on the track, the
Sprints on Dirt are constantly followed by a rising star in the sprint car media world,
TJ Slideways.com.

We understand that each race has its own appeal to it and with that its own
interests. We are looking for partners who want to expand their reach out of
Florida. Over the past year Central Florida Motorsports Racing and Kyle Pitts
Racing has branded ourselves as the Floridians. The exposure gained by being a
Florida resident and racing in Michigan has been far greater than we imagined. We
are looking to use that exposure to help Florida based companies as well as the
state of Florida to build tourism as well as build the excitement to Snow Birds. In
addition to a Michigan Team we will also offer a Florida Based team that will race
year round to help facilitate the transition and excitement of Sprint Car racing.
We are offering three basic entry level partnership programs, however we are
open to a range of offers.
A 1 race option, that would provide the partner with the ability to choose the
race that would best benefit the company and program. This option would give
the partner the primary logo position on the car as well as designation as the
primary partner for that race. The partner would also receive special social
media mentions on Facebook as well as Twitter, in addition to a special post on
my driver website and a link to our partners website. We would help facilitate
lead generations, website hits, as well as any special recommendations the
partner would have. The partner would also receive the option to remain on the
car as an associate level sponsor for the remainder of the season.
A 2-3 race option, that would provide the partner with the ability to choose
the races that would best benefit the company and program. This option would
give the partner the primary logo position on the car as well as designation as
the primary partner for that race.
A 4-5 race option, that would provide the partner with the ability to choose
the races that would best benefit the company and program. This option would
give the partner the primary logo position on the car as well as designation as
the primary partner for that race.
In every business decision there are a number of factors that must be considered;
What is our return on investment? How much capitol must be used? What is the timeline
on results?. For every tool in a tool box, there is a specific job. Central Florida
Motorsports Racing is a tool box that has a fresh set of tools.
We welcome all questions and inquiries and will work with our partners to create a
successful plan of action to achieve everyone’s goals. All of the connections that have
been built will be utilized to give our partners the best possible exposure to our fan base.
We want to build a successful relationship with all our partners so that we can have a
long and profitable partnership for all parties involved.
Additional Perks of Title Partnership with Kyle Pitts Racing and Central Florida
Motorsports Racing could include:
Corporate hospitality
Pit Passes
Promotional Booth Space
B2B exposure
Relationship Building
Sales Lead Generations
Coupon Distributions
Access to Established PR/Marketing Firms in Motorsports
I want to thank you for
taking the time to review our
presentation. I can assure you
that I will do anything and
everything possible to keep my
dream alive and to help support
my partners on and off the
track. I can assure you I will do
whatever it takes to make sure I
live up to my promises as a
person and a marketing partner.
I can easily see a profitable

With weekly updates as well as photos and schedule updates I have been able to provide a continual source for my fans to keep up with all that is going on with myself as well as our team. The website went live back in July of 2014. This past offseason we have seen the number of hits grow over 150% in the month of January alone. With the start of the 2015 season we are expecting the number to continue to grow. In addition to the website I have also found that in order to completely connect to the fans a Facebook and Twitter account are a must. My Facebook account has seen growth similar to the website. Since the beginning of 2015 my Facebook page has grown more than 5 times its 2014 traffic, seeing multiple weeks gaining over 100 likes. My Twitter account is also showing major bursts of activity growing more than double since the end of 2014.

With the success and exposure gained last season racing with the Sprints on Dirt, this season has been built around the goal of exceeding what we have accomplished last year and compete for race wins and a championship with the Sprints on Dirt in Michigan. We are offering small entry level partnership deals which we can use to become more efficient in our partnership responsibilities. This year we are offering deals based on the number of races and where we will be racing. The base packages are: 1 race deal, 2-3 race deals: and 4-5 race deals. While we are currently offering this as a base package we will welcome any offer for the 2015 Racing Season. We believe that starting in a less risky package will help to build a stronger and more profitable package for the future.

Over the past year Central Florida Motorsports Racing and Kyle Pitts Racing has branded ourselves as the Floridians. The exposure gained by being a Florida resident and racing in Michigan has been far greater than we imagined. We are looking to use that exposure to help Florida based companies as well as the state of Florida to build tourism as well as build the excitement to Snow Birds. In addition to a Michigan Team we will also offer a Florida Based team that will race year round to help facilitate the transition and excitement of Sprint Car racing. We are offering three basic entry level partnership programs, however we are open to a range of offers.

This option would give the partner the primary logo position on the car as well as designation as the primary partner for that race. The partner would also receive special social media mentions on Facebook as well as Twitter, in addition to a special post on my driver website and a link to our partners website. We would help facilitate lead generations, website hits, as well as any special recommendations the partner would have. The partner would also receive the option to remain on the car as an associate level sponsor for the remainder of the season.
