Our “Managed Service” experience
• ODA has been doing a variety of projects for world's leading financial institutions including many mission
critical, state-of-the-art projects.
• We also have special offerings for niche and upcoming product and financial services companies.
Our Flexible Approach: We engage our consultants tailored to the client needs on the following

• Managed Services: Our engagement with Credit Suisse in India is on a Managed Services model where our
team of 44 consultants is currently working in Mumbai and Pune on a prestigious project. In Singapore, our
team of 65 consultants is working on a Risk IT project for CS. For smooth operations, A dedicated ODA
project director is assigned for each project.
• Staff Augmentation: On the Staff Augmentation model, we have more than 100 professionals working for
Credit Suisse in Singapore. In India, Royal Bank of Scotland has deployed 71 ODA contractors across India in
Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai.
• Time and Material: We also have Time & Material contracts with our clients. One of our key clients Nomura
in Mumbai has engaged 27 consultants on this model.

7. Client Success Stories
Credit Suisse awarded a project to build
and maintain a top-to-bottom legal
hierarchy by linking obligors present in
internal systems. Our team of analysts
created a hierarchy tree of different
entity groups by mapping subsidiaries
that were already present in the
database to their ultimate parent. 2600
entity groups were structured with
60,000 entities as subsidiaries.
RiskSuite, the legacy system supporting
Risk Measurement and Management
(RMM) functions in Zurich as well as the
Independent Private Banks (IPBs) was to
be retired in favor or Core Market Risk
Systems (CoreMRS). ODA achieved this
sunset assignment successfully by
migrating feeds, functionality and
reporting into CoreMRS.
Credit Suisse selected ODA as an
outsourcing partner who could perform
data cleansing and enrichment based on
the agreed service level agreement.
ODA IT also built interface with CMS
application managed by CS to exchange
data both ways on daily basis. Every send
or receive of data is stamped with
agreed messages which instruct
receiving side about the next steps.

Electronic Assistant:
Prudential agents use Electronic
Assistant application as an order entry
tool to initiate variety of Life Insurance
Applications. Electronic Assistant (EA)
application resides on agent’s laptop and
has electronic signature capabilities.
ODA has managed this application and
also made changes to the EA application
as per the business and compliance
initiatives for more than 10 years
through a fixed price support agreement.
Outbrokerage Repository :
For over 3 years, ODA has managed the
Outbrokerage Repository (OBR) platform
used by Prudential for processing and
calculating commissions for its agents.
OBR application receives feeds from
various carriers that are supported by
Prudential and the commission is
calculated and sent to downstream
system for processing.
Our team was also responsible for
converting legacy based commission
processing system into the OBR platform.
Quality Assurance:
ODA initiated a Quality Assurance
engagement by forming a QA strategy
that was geared towards reusing the
test assets and performing an end to
end QA test. Using our UniRAD
framework we managed the QA
planning and QA execution phase for
FIC, PLUS, Vantage & Lifepro
applications for over 4 years
Core services provided by ODA under
this engagement were:
• Provide overall QA test management
and coordination.
• Perform manual QA testing of the
application.
• Automate a subset of test cases
during the QA testing timeline.
• Continue automation of the
regression package beyond the QA
testing timeline.
eDG:
ODA provided Project Management
services to eDG on a T&M basis acting as
liaisons between prudential Line of
Business and eDG Internal tech teams.
VB Migration:
ODA performed migration and
inventory analysis for all the VB 6.0
impacted systems under Individual Life
Insurance (ILI). We migrated four
systems to .NET platform. Currently all
the systems have been migrated and
are in production environment.

9. As a part of their Basel II initiative,
State Street Bank & Trust selected
ODA to setup their centralize
repository of entities and assign them
unique identifiers. For the last decade, ODA, acts as a
service bureau to Citi for managing
their third-party cross-reference
information against risk management
market data level database.
For Citi’s Credit Derivatives Trading
Desk, ODA was engaged to develop
their global trading system that
includes variety of fixed income and
derivatives instrument using Java and
web services architecture.
ODA has acted the CTO arm at Primus
Financial Guarantee for the last 10
years to architect, build and support
their entire suite of Capital modeling
and trading system.
In order to mitigate operational risk
exposure, EBRD selected us to review
their counterparty database which
has parties from Low Risk, High Risk,
Emerging Markets and Advanced
Markets countries.
ODA executed and supports two
major platforms for Deutsche Bank:
