Ms. Achala Parameshwari Mosale Khrishne Gowda has been selected as the first HELP Grant Residential Construction Industry Applied Research Fellow. This fellowship provides her with $16,000 in financial support for tuition over two semesters to conduct industry-relevant applied research under faculty supervision in the Residential Construction and Development track. Her research will focus on issues facing the residential housing industry such as affordable sustainability, financing, and topics addressed by NAHB certifications. She is expected to complete a master's thesis on a related research topic and disseminate her findings through publications and presentations. Accepting the award commits her to fulfilling all fellowship requirements.
