Scott Stoney is a resident artist and director at The Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton, Ohio with over 40 years of experience in theater. He has directed many productions at HRTC as well as other local theaters. Some of his most recent directing credits include Crowns, Torch Song Trilogy, Next to Normal, and August: Osage County. In addition to directing, Stoney has extensive experience as a musical director and choreographer for productions around Dayton. He has received honors such as the Lifetime Achievement Award from Montgomery County and induction into the Dayton Theatre Hall of Fame.
