3. Program Components I
China Au Pair Requirements:
• Be aged between 18 and 29 (not having turned 30 upon arrival)
• Be high school graduate or above
•Native English speaker or Fluent in English without strong accent
•No criminal record
• Be physically and psychologically healthy
• Be culturally open-minded, be interested in Chinese culture and life
• Enjoy caring children, have child care experience with references
•Chinese speaking skills preferred
•Demands for male au pairs on the rise
Duty Hours, Off Days, Pocket Money and Completed Bonus:
•Au Pairs work no more than 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), receive
at least 1.5 days off per week (one free weekend off per month). Light
housework are only related to kids’ activities (Light housekeeping might
include kids' laundry, tidying up kids' rooms, making beds, prepare snacks
for kids)
•Au Pair receive 1,000 RMB monthly pocket money.
•500 or 5,000 or 10,000RMB bonus after you complete 3,6 or 9 months’
program.
4. Program Components II
Au Pair Benefits:
• Mandarin class:
At least 6 hours per week, separate to 2/3 times per week(120-180mins per
class).
Individual class upgrade possible upon request for the CPT test
• Completion Bonus and Certificate:
Only will be issued upon successful completion
• Monthly Activities:
Travel around the famous places in local area or have a culture class
5. Program Components III
• Insurance:
This year’s service will continue to be provided by AIA,
include travel health, accident and liability.
• Arrival Orientation & Training Camp:
Arrivals: Pick up from Airport
Orientation & Training Camp: Three days arrival orientation in Beijing
Comprehensive Welcome Package ( Including transportation card, phone
card, map etc,.)

Public transportation accident insurance 120,000

6. Fees and Conditions
• NEW since 2015: Program fee 300 USD
Costs include application fee, welcome package, visa assist and
placement fee. Program fee cannot be refunded if a match is done.
• Airfare (Au Pairs need to book air tickets themselves)
• Early Return/Incomplete program Policy
• $250 security deposit will use as compensation towards to your
incomplete program for our clients.
• Visa Invitation and Extension
We issue F visa invitation documents and visa application guide.
But applicants might get F, L, M, X2, S2 visas, these are all legit
visas!
We take care of visa extension if you extend your program and we
will pay for the visa extension fee.
7. Support to Au Pairs
• Placement Manager:
Contacts and assists au pairs during matching process as necessary
Mediates and assists au pairs in rematch process
• Local coordinator:
Home visit upon arrival, follow up upon two weeks and every 30 days
Listens to concerns and needs, mediates in event of problem
• Emergency Support:
Our Chinese office staff holds a 24/7 emergency line thru which we can be
reached and take quick actions as necessary.
