我的助從何而來幫
我的助從造天地的耶和華而來幫
I look up to the hills.
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord.
He is the Maker of heaven and earth.

當聖靈的恩膏滿溢
我的靈不再封閉
When the anointing of the Holy Spirit to
overflowing
My spirit is no longer closed

讚美的輕泉如春雨沐浴
我心中的喜樂川流不息
Praise springs as light rain shower
Steady stream of joy in my heart

讚美的音符如雪花飄逸
心中的暖流冉冉升起
Elegant notes of praise,
such as snow
Rising warm hearts

我要開口向祢讚美稱謝
永永遠遠讚美不停
永永遠遠稱謝不已
I want to open praise and
thanksgiving to Thee
Praise kept forever
Praise the endless forever

我要欣然向祢獻上自己
一生一世獻上自己
一生一世步不離腳
I am pleased to offer my Thee
Offer themselves for life
Leave footsteps for life

我們日用的飲食今日賜給我們
Give us today our daily bread

免我們的債
Forgive our debts
如同我們免了人的債
As we also have forgiven our debtors
不叫我們遇見試探
And lead us not into temptation
救我們脫離兇惡
But deliver us from the evil one

因為國度權柄榮耀
全是祢的直到永遠
阿們
For the Kingdom
