Age Divisions:
Youth: 11 & under
Teens: 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19
Junior: 20-24
Open: 25-40 & all ages
Masters: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84
Rules: This is a sanctioned 100% RAW event.
Drug-Testing: A minimum of 10% of the event’s competitors will
be drug-tested. Also all new World Records.
Scale: Calibrated digital scale.
Arrivals/Transportation: for a foreign guests, flying destination –
TLV, Ben-Gurion Airport. Hotel "Yad-le-Banim", room reservation.
Identification: Photo Identification is necessary for security, to
verify every lifter’s entry information, and to help validate drug
testing. Acceptable identification includes driver’s license, state ID,
school ID, or passport. Work ID badges and recreational/social
club ID’s are not acceptable.

3. Attire: Singlet is mandatory. T-shirt must be worn under the singlet
for the Bench Press and Squat. Deadlift socks must reach knees.
4th Lift: National & World Record Attempts Only.

4. Awards
Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places – costume made competition`s
medals. Absolute Winner Cup. Sponsors awards – will be
advertise, follow our site and Facebook Competition Page.

100% Raw Powerlifting annular membership fee – 30$ (if you
already paid it, membership card will be necessary).
