WEDNESDAY, August 1 NWRA Golf Tournament: This
8 am NWRA Golf Tournament year’s tournament will feature an
9 am Policy Development individual play and team competition
3 pm Federal Affairs Committee on Sun Valley Trail Creek Course.
3-6 pm Registration We have reserved 10 tee times,
5:30 pm Welcoming Reception starting at 8:00 am. The $135 fee
will include golf, cart, and use of the

4. SUN VALLEY RESORT
Room Rates and Reservations
ROOM RATES: NWRA’s room block includes sleeping rooms in nine (9)
categories ranging from $165 (Inn- Standard Queen) to $215 (Lodge – Medium 2
beds) in both the Inn and Lodge for nights of Monday 7/30 through Saturday 8/4.
Tax on the room rates is 12% and there are NO resort fees.
ROOM RESERVATIONS: Attendees can make their hotel reservations now by
calling 1-800-786-8259 and identifying themselves with the NWRA group. Room
reservations must be made no later than June 30, 2012. A one-night deposit will
be required at the time of booking. Group rates in the categories blocked will be
offered after the cut-off if they are available. NOTE: The meetings will be held in
the Inn’s Conference Center.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to
arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30
days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.

5. GETTING TO SUN VALLEY
Fly into Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) located 14 miles from the Resort
accessible from gateway cities of Seattle, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City via
Alaska and SkyWest Airlines. Alaska Air also offers direct, non-stop flights
from Los Angeles and Seattle. Sun Valley offers comp shuttle from/to
Friedman Memorial Airport and the Resort. Flying into Boise Airport (BOI)
Sun Valley Express offers shuttle service to the Resort. Rates are $65 per
person each way. In groups of 4 or more the rate drops to $55 per person
each way. Call 1-877-622-8267 for a reservation or visit
www.sunvalleyexpress.com. Tickets also may be purchased on the bus at
the time of departure on a seat available basis. When arriving in Boise,
check in at the Express Ticket counter in west end of Baggage Claim past
carousel 1 on the right. The trip from Boise Airport is 151 miles, a 2 ½ to 3
hour drive.
RENTAL CARS
Those driving from airports in Salt Lake City, Boise, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls,
or Pocatello can pick up an Avis Rental Car at the airport and drop it off at
the Sun Valley Resort with no drop-off charge. For the return trip to the
airport, Avis cars may be picked up at the Resort and returned to the airport
with no drop off charge. Avis cars also can be rented at Sun Valley Resort

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
A $150 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests. Refunds
will be processed thirty (30) days after the seminar. There will be no
refunds for cancellations received after COB July 20, 2011. Refund
