School libraries are at the heart of a new digital learning nexus. Our world changed in April 1993 when the Mosaic 1.0 browser was released to the general public. The challenges we face are equally creative as they are complex. What is your focus for tomorrow?
Using case problems, this webinar will give attendees real-world examples of workplace wellness situations and help attendees learn from those situations so that they can design and implement a compliant wellness program. Through case problems, attendees will review compliance mistakes concerning HIPAA, ACA, GINA, ADA, FLSA, data privacy and tax laws. Participants will learn how to use those laws to build a better workplace wellness program.
Learning Objectives:
* Understand how to apply laws to specific factual situations.
* Identify red flags in certain common workplace wellness practices.
* Learn the basics of HIPAA, ACA, GINA, ADA, FLSA, data privacy and tax laws as those laws relate to workplace wellness programs.

Financing for development: Private sector developmentMaral Sagynalieva
Annually, a huge amount of financing for development is directed to developing countries. However, we have observed small returns or results of such huge monetary contributions for a long time. In this regard, new conception and strategies show that financing for development is a responsibility of each actor in a whole system: government with all its institutions, a private sector (firms, enterprises, and individuals), banks and micro financial sector, international community (development banks, various funds, and project programs). All these actors should work systematically and in a balanced manner with each other to achieve sustainable development for a long-term period.

America's Divided Recovery: College Haves and Have-NotsCEW Georgetown
Over 95 percent of jobs created during the recovery have gone to college-educated workers, while those with a high school diploma or less are being left behind. America’s Divided Recovery: College Haves and Have-Nots reveals that those with at least some college education have captured 11.5 million of the 11.6 million jobs created during the recovery.
While jobs are back, they are not the same jobs lost during the recession. The Great Recession decimated low-skill blue-collar and clerical jobs, whereas the recovery added primarily high-skill managerial and professional jobs.
